1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of liftfam (the "service"). By creating an account, connecting a social platform, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the rules of each social platform you connect to it.
3. Your account
You authenticate through OAuth on supported platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Telegram, Spotify, and Twitch). You are responsible for activity that happens under your linked accounts. Keep your platform passwords and recovery methods secure.
4. The coin system
- You earn one coin every time you follow another user on a supported platform.
- You spend coins to receive followers from other real users in return.
- The exchange rate is always 1:1 and coins have no monetary value.
- Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, exchanged for cash, or bought outside the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automation to interact with the service.
- Operate multiple accounts to manipulate the coin system or follower counts.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service to harass, defraud, or distribute illegal, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
- Violate the terms or community guidelines of any connected social platform.
6. No guarantees of growth
The service connects real people who choose to follow each other. We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, retention rate, engagement level, or impact on platform algorithms. Results depend on your content and how often you participate in the exchange.
7. Third-party platforms
The service depends on third-party APIs that we do not control. Platforms may change their rules or rate limits at any time. When this happens we adapt the service as quickly as we can, but we are not responsible for downtime, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated, if your account poses a security or abuse risk, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liftfam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of the service.
11. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. When the Terms change, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
